Compensation: $28–$35/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Varies by event; may include evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed. (Options for part time or full time 35+hrs)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Event Production Technician to join our team. This individual should be a motivated self-starter with strong technical skills and a client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and capable of handling every aspect of a production job—from loading trucks to operating complex AV systems on site.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload production trucks; transport gear to event sites
Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, and lighting equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
Communicate with clients to coordinate event logistics and technical needs
Operate digital audio consoles, projectors, and DMX lighting systems
Perform rigging, hanging, and focusing of lighting equipment, sometimes at heights
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Work independently on-site with professionalism and confidence
Qualifications
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
4+ years of event production experience
Strong knowledge of stage lighting, live sound, and video systems
Experience with ETC consoles, DMX programming, and digital sound boards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
Comfortable working long days, evenings, and weekends
Effective communicator and team player under pressure
Background checks may be required for some assignments

Experience driving box trucks (non-CDL)
